Step 2: Licensing
Licenses are good. They provide you with legal permission to use our images in your projects. The most common types are royalty-free and rights-managed licenses. Below is a short description of the licensing models which you should read before you begin your search.
Royalty-free licenses
Royalty-free (RF) licenses are size-based and prices are available as soon as you select an image. "Royalty-free" means that there are no additional royalties payable for repeated use of the product: it is a license for unlimited usage.
Rights-managed licenses
Licenses for rights managed images (RM) are usage-based and the price is calculated after you have provided your usage specifications. These images belong to our high-quality collections and include highly stylized images that incorporate substantial production value. In some cases, we may issue licenses providing exclusive rights.
